CareNow offers three tiers of pricing for patients without insurance. The specific tier will depend on the medical needs of the patient in consultation with the provider.

Includes up to two in-house lab tests or oral prescription medications as medically indicated and ordered by the provider.
If more than two are needed, transition to Advanced Services.

Important information
Self-pay pricing is available to uninsured patients and cannot be used in combination with insurance benefits, government health plans, or the Healthy Savings program. By accepting the self-pay rate, a patient agrees not to seek reimbursement from any insurance program.
Pricing is valid for a single office visit per patient; additional fees apply for follow-up visits and any additional lab tests recommended based on a provider's evaluation.
CareNow self-pay pricing does not include services provided by other providers if a patient is referred to another provider or facility, including an HCA Healthcare hospital.
